• Since all our products are digital downloads, cancellation is only possible before the download link is sent or before the payment is fully processed.

• Once the ebook has been delivered via email or download link, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

• We reserve the right to refuse a cancellation request if the product has already been delivered.

• No cancellation is accepted for completed and delivered orders, unless there is a duplicate transaction or a technical error on our side.
